6 Years relevant experience.Bachelor’s degree in sport marketing, sport management, athletic administration, communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and other content creation tools.Exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.Strong understanding of sports and the ability to anticipate and capture key moments.Proven experience in leading and managing a creative team.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to cover athletic events.Preferred Qualifications
1-2 Years of supervisory or management experience.Master’s degree.Two or more years of experience with an NCAA college athletic program.Understanding of NCAA rules and regulations as they pertain to content and communications.Knowledge of NCAA and Ivy League rules and regulations.
