Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine Purpose: The Product Manager, Consumer Marketing will be a core member of the TREMFYA® Gastroenterology (GI) Marketing team responsible for leading & implementing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Patient initiatives through launch uptake in the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) market. This role reports to the Group Product Director, Consumer Marketing (DTC) & Customer Experience (Cx). Key Responsibilities:
Lead external creative agencies and media partners to plan, execute and optimize DTC marketing programs across media channels (e.g. website, CRM, social, video, display, search, patient, custom, POC, testimonial, OOH, etc.)
Partner with team to coordinate market research, patient insights, and evolutionary development of GI patient brand offering
Work efficiently with key internal partners and cross-functional groups (e.g., Regulatory, Medical, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and compliant review and approval of promotional materials
Shape in-office educational materials to support patients as they start treatment
Collaborate closely with internal partners to help shape and execute communication, PR and advocacy strategies
Provide timely and relevant updates to field sales team on DTC tactics and patient education resources
Contribute to budget, annual business and strategic plans

Qualifications
Education
:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is preferred
Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 3 years business experience is required; immunology experience preferred
Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, sales learning & development, payer or related fields is preferred
Your ability to be creative, enthusiastic, strong analytically with excellent overall business insight is fundamental
You must be a self-starter, highly accountable and have strong project planning and organization skills
You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and social skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to be successful
Your experience of managing multiple demands and priorities on time, gaining alignment and driving decision-making is crucial to the success of this position
Other:
This position is based in Horsham, PA with an expectation of 3 days onsite per week (J&J Flex)
Up to 25% domestic travel, which may include overnight and weekend travel
A deep understanding of the English language will ensure we effectively communicate our value proposition
