This is a high-impact opportunity to drive strategy, innovation, and execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do: Own the UX strategy for the client’s Marketplace, turning bold ideas into seamless, user-first experiences. Partner with cross-functional leaders to align on goals, objectives, and requirements, advocating for design solutions that balance business success with exceptional user experience. Lead the full UX lifecycle—strategy, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and implementation—ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience. Collaborate iteratively with researchers, designers, writers, and engineers to bring cohesive, user-centered experiences to life. What You Bring: 8+ years of experience designing modern digital experiences and products. Experience with transactional web platforms (e.g., e-commerce). Deep understanding of UX principles, best practices, and standards. An exceptional portfolio that highlights your design process, problem-solving skills, and measurable impact in real-world projects. A holistic, user-first mindset with meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with Figma and prototyping tools. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with digital marketing best practices. Experience in the Enterprise/B2B sector. Familiarity with the client’s brand and products.
