SENIOR UX RESEARCHER
12 MONTHS CONTRACT
IRVING, TEXAS
ONSITE (5 DAYS/WEEK)
VISA- NO CPT/H1B
Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in psychology, HCI or related (master's degree is a plus)
7+ years of experience as a UX researcher
Experienced with B2B and B2C concepts.
3+ years of lead experience
Experienced in retail, E-commerce, or digital products domains.

About this position:
We're looking for a local Sr. UX Researcher to join us on-site in Irving, TX. Ideal candidates have a strong background in both B2C and B2B sectors, with excellent skills in both quantitative and qualitative research methods. We value strong facilitation skills and effective cross-team collaboration. The successful candidate will proactively build partnerships and consistently secure stakeholder confidence, acting as a genuine advocate for our projects. Please share two UX Research case studies / a portfolio and be prepared to present during the interview. Local candidates only, required 5 days a week on-site.
