Job Summary: The Arizona Cardinals Video Associate is sponsored by the Video Department located at the Dignity Health Arizona Cardinals Training Facility in Tempe, AZ. This position provides an exceptional opportunity for committed, hardworking, and dedicated individuals that are seeking to gain a future career in Video, including first-hand experience in a National Football League (NFL) environment. The Arizona Cardinals Video Associate assists in recording and editing Cardinals practices for the purpose of film study for coaches and personnel.

Primary Job Duties:

• Shooting practice on JVC cameras or 8K MastRcams
• Editing practice in Catapult Thunder
• Home game responsibilities include card transfers from shooting locations
• Assist with the upkeep of equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience: Minimum of one year of coaching video experience
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length.
• This role will require exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to jog distances of 200 yards.
• Comfort working from heights or tight spaces (i.e. stadium catwalks or 60ft boom lifts).
• Professional communication skills while working with coaches, scouts, players, and Cardinals employees.
• Must possess a solid understanding of football.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of Windows and iOS required.
• Ability to travel for out-of-state away games preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
• Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
