We are seeking a skilled and creative Broadcast Technician with a specialization in VizRT ARc to join our Nasdaq broadcast team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with VizRT ARc software and a strong understanding of augmented reality (AR) graphics for live broadcasts, virtual sets, and interactive storytelling. You will work closely with producers, directors, and technical teams to create engaging and visually stunning real-time AR content. The candidate will also be a well-versed generalist in the broadcast video operations arena, capable of performing any of the roles required in day-to-day broadcast operations.Managing the graphic design & coordination with creative teams' digital artists for executionDesign and implement AR graphics and animations using VizRT ARc for live broadcasts, virtual sets, and events.Collaborate with the production and technical teams to conceptualize and execute compelling AR content.Ensure all designs meet the creative vision and technical specifications of the project.Optimize templates and workflows for efficiency during live productions.Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to AR graphics during pre-production and live broadcasts.Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in augmented reality, VizRT products, and broadcast technology.Provide training and support to other team members on using VizRT ARc tools when required.Broadcast Operations including setting up, controlling and monitoring broadcast equipment.Functions also include all financial network productions, web portal productions, internal or external client productions, supporting all internal Bell ceremonies.On-air switching, dubbing and transferring programs.Gathering satellite feeds for broadcast use.Preparation and operation of equipment (before, during and after live/post production broadcasts).Support the production of live or taped programming for television and multi-platform uses.Proven experience with VizRT ARc software and other VizRT tools (e.g., Viz Artist, Viz Trio, Viz Engine).Knowledge of broadcast workflows and systems, including real-time rendering pipelines.Understanding of scripting languages or plugins used with VizRT ARc is a plus.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, live production environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Come as You AreNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
