About the Job
- Retail Communications: Manage communication across company-wide teams, ensuring all retail employees, including stylists, receive main messages. Support local clusters across owned and operated and franchise stores in implementing communication strategies.
- Global Retail Communications & Workload Calendar: Develop and oversee structured calendars to improve message timing and workload management, preventing overload while ensuring important updates and priorities are balanced for focus and efficiency.
- Data-Driven Communication Optimization: Use communication measurements to assess engagement levels, measure impact, and provide data-backed recommendations to enhance future messaging strategies.
- Operational Project Support: Facilitate the project management and deployment of programs by gathering regional insights, managing translations, collecting and analyzing data, and creating simple reports and visualizations.
- Platform Governance: Act as the primary contact for navigation and usage of the communications platform, ensuring seamless access to communications, tasks, and training through structured organization and clear search functionality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Best Practices: Partner with teams and Corporate Communications to align messaging, share best practices, and improve communication channels and engagement strategies.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field (required).
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related role.
- Experience managing communications and operational workflows.
- Participate in data-driven decision-making.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs. This role will report to the Director of Operations.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $78,800- $120,900 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
