Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.– Participate in user research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.– Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and market trends.– Contribute to our design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.– Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies.Team Mentorship and Collaboration:– Openness to mentoring designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.– Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and other departments to ensure an understanding of cross functional needsCraft Focus:-Drive innovation and design thinking, ensuring that all design initiatives are optimized for actionable outcomes.-Stay abreast of emerging technologies and design trends, integrating innovative solutions into digital strategies.Qualifications:Experience and skills:– 7 – 10 years of professional experience in full stack product design– Proven track record of successful projects on both B2B and consumer products– Experience in startups and larger, established tech companies– Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.– Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and the impact of your work.– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams– Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies– Experience working with user research, usability testing, and data analysis.– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred)If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply!
