Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shopper Marketing Senior Manager to join our team. The Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand growth, developing strategic initiatives, and planning & executing shopper activations to support sales and innovation efforts. We need team members that enjoy the process of developing & expanding the capabilities of an organization, and come with a flexible attitude & entrepreneurial spirit.

Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely. · Collaborate with all stakeholders (brand, trade marketing, sales operations, sales, finance, etc) to develop an annual operating plan (AOP) · As a part of AOP, align on marketing budget overall as well as split of marketing funds · Create annual shopper plan that ladders up to the overall marketing strategy, while also empowering sales execution Agency Management · Act as primary point of contact for shopper agency · Participate in Inter-agency team (IAT) meetings · Hold agency accountable to aligned KPIs Shopper Plan Execution · Alongside agency, engage with shopper marketing vendors to execute campaigns · Review & analyze event performance to optimize future campaigns · Participate in all sales team meetings to ensure awareness & alignment to priorities · Partner with sales to address all challenges & opportunities where shoppers can assist the overall sell-in / sell-through effort Ad Hoc Responsibilities as required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred 7-10 years post-collegiate professional experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in shopper marketing, ideally within the CPG Food industry Experience & familiarity with shopper marketing & retail media vendors Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners What We Offer: Competitive salary and bonus package Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan Opportunities for professional development and career growth Collaborative and supportive work environment Cibo Vita is an equal opportunity employer.
