What you'll do:

• Capture high-quality video footage of the breakfast panel (8:30–11:30am) and evening fireside chat (6pm).
• Film live discussions, keynote speakers, and interactions among 150+ guests including influential Detroit-area leaders.
• Provide footage suitable for social media, podcasts, YouTube, and event recaps.
• Maintain a low-impact presence onsite (limited equipment footprint) to emphasize the in-person experience.
• Collaborate with the photographer and event team for best coverage.

Who we're looking for:

• Experienced freelance videographer comfortable filming live events.
• Professional demeanor with conservative dress (modest necklines, appropriate length).
• Ability to work discreetly without disrupting speakers or audience.
• Must bring own equipment
