Music Teacher and Elementary Core Subject
Tulsa Adventist Academy in Tulsa, OK
Southwestern Union Conference | Oklahoma Conference
Tulsa Adventist Academy is seeking a passionate and dynamic educator to join the team as a Music and Core Subjects Teacher starting the 2025-2026 school year. This position will focus on teaching music and an additional elementary core subject (such as math or reading) across multiple grade levels. There is potential for this role to transition into a homeroom teaching position for grades 3 and 4 in the following school year (2026-2027) based on enrollment. The ideal candidate will foster a love for learning and creativity, create an engaging classroom environment, be a team player, and adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Required Experience
Individual applicants must be supportive and active members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and already possess the legal ability to work in the United States. Ideally, applicants should have NAD denominational elementary certification or be willing to obtain it. Additional areas of certification, such as secondary music, while not required, are beneficial. A knowledge of standards-based learning is helpful but not required. Submit a resume with references included to alittell@okadventist.org.
