Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $127,961.00 - $211,136.00 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You'll Be Doing An exciting opportunity to execute the strategy and manage the day-to-day operations of our public website, schoolsfirstfcu.org. Our website is our largest (and growing) marketing channel, with incredible potential for a strong, creative leader to drive innovation and change. Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the operations of the department. Executes the strategy and manages day-to-day operations of the organization's public website, schoolsfirstfcu.org. Responsible for driving demand, increasing traffic to our website, and generating leads that result in new Member acquisition and awareness and consideration of our products and services. Manages the flow of cross-digital marketing projects to ensure that budgets, timelines and goals and objectives are met and facilitates the tracking of these projects for measurement of outcomes. Leads a team of high-performing professionals to execute our digital marketing plans and website roadmap. Develops and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the Credit Union and partners with them to understand business needs and ensure the website contemplates the current market, Member needs and our business objectives and goals. Plans and designs the information architecture for websites and microsites. Directs the creation of content strategies based on Credit Union business objectives and Members' needs. Ensures brand voice is consistent and properly executed. Oversees the implementation and management of personalized, targeted content. Develops and publishes useful and engaging content and tools, like videos, calculators and "help me decide" engines. Oversees the optimization of website content to improve our organic rankings in search engines to increase interest and traffic. Manages the development of custom search engine landing pages that convert visitors to leads. Tracks Member behavior on our website and ties experiences back to our engagement drivers to uncover our biggest opportunities to improve design or content. Manages divisional activities and serves as business SME on integrated marketing organizational projects. Responsible for allocating and assigning marketing resources to organizational projects. Facilitates vendor reviews, selection and contract negotiation. Defines project budgets and ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
