Rate Range: $60-$65/Hr
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team in New Jersey. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating user-centered designs that deliver seamless and engaging experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex challenges into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points. Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to guide the design process. Design and refine user interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement and enhance design solutions. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback. Maintain and improve design systems to ensure consistency across digital products. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design outcomes. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
