On any given day at Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product & Technology, we’re reimagining ways to create magical viewing experiences for the world’s most beloved stories while also transforming Disney’s media business for the future. We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Enterprise Design team . In this role, you will partner closely with Product and Engineering to create innovative and intuitive tooling solutions that support and streamline our internal operations. You will report to the Senior Manager of Product Design and collaborate closely with teams across the organization.

What You Will Do
Our mission in Enterprise Design is to develop and design platform solutions, tools, dashboards, and processes that drive efficiency, optimization, and new value across streaming, content operations, media and broadcast, and BI products. You will:
- Define app and web experiences for enterprise products.
- Contribute to product strategy by leveraging user research, data, and insights.
- Explore and validate solutions at various fidelity levels.
- Use data to guide your design decisions.
- Communicate your ideas effectively and partner closely with cross-functional partners.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong set of case studies showcasing a range of projects.
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles is $104,600 to $140,200 per year, in New York or Seattle is $109,500 to $146,800 per year, and in San Francisco is $114,500 to $153,500 per year. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
