You'll assist technicians in rescheduling jobs and reaching out to clients to schedule appointments, keeping everything running smoothly. Your afternoon will involve following up with clients on estimates and scheduling future work, making sure every client feels valued and informed. As the day progresses, you'll perform follow-up happy calls to ensure our clients are delighted with their service, resolving any issues that may arise. Building and monitoring our social media platforms will be a constant task, where you'll engage with our online community, boost brand awareness, and foster relationships. Throughout the day, you'll also assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and auditing jobs, ensuring our operations are seamless and efficient.Requirements:Experience in customer service and social media marketingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized Optimistic attitude, along with a passion for community involvementA background in communications or marketing is a plus.
