About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a talented Audio and Video Equipment Technician to be a key player in our team! In this role, you'll be hands-on with wiring and installing cutting-edge audio and video equipment across a range of exciting projects. You will work with a variety of equipment, ensuring everything is set up according to manufacturer guidelines and advising customers on how to get the most out of their new gear.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Travel: Visit diverse job sites to install and wire up new equipment.
- Installation: Run wires and set up equipment in both new and existing buildings.
- Customer Guidance: Provide clear instructions to customers on using their new equipment.
- Safety: Adhere to best practices and safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Attention to Detail: Precision in wiring and installation.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Adaptability: Comfort with new technologies and working in various settings.
- Basic Wiring Knowledge: Familiarity with fundamental wiring principles.
- Firestopping Course: Certification required.
- Programming Automation Systems: Experience preferred.
