Our marketing team is actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will work directly with our Carolinas marketing team. We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional who is ready to support not just the Carolinas but many other offices across our footprint.

Responsibilities:
- Manage qualifications and presentations to chase and win work from kickoff to contract.
- Prepare proposals for public and private clients.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping critical deadlines.
- Support various marketing efforts locally, regionally, and across our footprint.
Job Requirements
Musts:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in chasing projects with proposals and presentations for an Architecture, Engineering or Construction company.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, PR, communications, journalism or other relevant degree.
- Strong interpersonal and proactive communication skills.
- Excellent with InDesign, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Acrobat Pro.
- Proactive approach/self-starter/takes initiative.
- Works well under pressure with a sense of urgency.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Wants:
- 3+ years of relevant marketing experience with a multi-disciplined Architecture/Engineering firm.
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Strategic thinker who understands AEC world.
