We’re opening a brand-new beem Light Sauna studio in West Bloomfield this November — and we’re looking for a sales-driven General Manager to lead the charge.

What is beem Light Sauna?

beem is a modern wellness studio offering private infrared sauna and medical-grade red light therapy. Our therapies help clients detox, reduce stress, ignite metabolism, boost immunity, and improve skin health — all in a private, spa-like setting.

Your Role

PRE-LAUNCH (August–November):

• Be the face of our launch: build buzz, create local excitement, and drive awareness
• Lead outreach: connect with businesses, host events, engage on social
• Own the sales funnel: manage leads, follow up, and convert prospects into members

POST-LAUNCH (November onward):

• Drive membership growth and hit KPIs
• Lead a high-performing team of wellness associates
• Own daily operations, studio culture, and member experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in sales-focused leadership (wellness/fitness/retail preferred)
• Comfortable with CRM systems like Mindbody or HubSpot
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive results
• Organized, motivated, and energized by community engagement
• $50,000 – $60,000 base salary (DOE)
• Sales based bonus
• Opportunity for long-term growth as we expand in Oakland County
