As the Human Health Market continues to grow and evolve, it is important we continue to reinforce and evolve our established business practices. The main objective for the Resource Capabilities and Label Operations (RCLO) team is to help the organization with the mission to achieve business excellence. The RCLO Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting and improving the processes for creation of promotional resources for customers and patients.
The RCLO Senior Specialist will have a growth mindset and be able to quickly assess needs and propose and implement solutions. Strong candidates should be able to appropriately challenge existing processes to allow the organization to achieve its business objectives. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to collaborate with many teams and competing priorities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to job owners and agency partners on promotional review processes and systems, help job owners navigate complex situations, conduct refresher trainings, and 1:1 coaching to improve performance gaps identified by key indicators and feedback
- Lead activities to help the US Market achieve its business objectives, including managing vendors, developing and tracking key metrics, leading the process for label updates, and owning cross-functional operations-based meetings
- Actively identify areas for opportunity in the promotional review and label update processes and collaborate with the Medical Legal Regulatory Review teams to find solutions and make improvements
- Develop/enhance resources and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) to improve operations processes
- Conduct all activities in full compliance with our company policies, values, and standards
- Work collaboratively with other relevant functional areas, including but not limited to, Marketing, Learning & Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Leadership
- Demonstrate operational efficiency by leveraging best practices and facilitating cross-functional learnings, as applicable
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and drive accountability with (OKRs)
- Consult on governance model and continue to provide objective feedback and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma and 2+ years combined marketing, brand management, sales, business support, or project management experience
- Ability to work at the North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), Pennsylvania office at least 3 days per week
- Strong demonstrated written/verbal communication skills, including public speaking
- Advanced project planning and project management experience, including the ability to contribute to short- and long-term operational, tactical, and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan
- Solid understanding of creative agency roles and structure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments and effectively engage with external suppliers and agencies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
- 2+ years of experience in promotions, marketing support, marketing communications, learning & development or marketing within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience in a highly regulated environment
- Strong project management skills as demonstrated by prioritizing activities, using resources optimally, establishing appropriate deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery
- Experience influencing without direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations and working successfully with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to create solutions that drive value for our customers and incorporating innovative approaches where relevant
- Demonstrates a flexible growth mindset
