We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Designer to join our team on an ongoing (on-call) freelance basis. This role bridges creative development and digital/print production, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality assets across various formats, including display ads, PDPs, visual merchandising, and packaging. We’re building new workflows—and new expectations—for how brands show up across channels. If you thrive at the intersection of design, production, and systems thinking, this is your chance to shape creative outputs in ways that are smart, scalable, and anything but static. The ideal candidate is proficient in Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop and can apply a holistic design approach to every project—managing the entire process from concept development to final deliverables. Candidates for consideration must reside in the state of Washington, U.S. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative systems and align designs with brand and project goals. Create, refine, and deliver high-quality assets for a variety of formats, including digital (ads, PDPs) and print (merchandise, packaging). Develop creative design solutions using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Use Figma to build PDPs, display ads, and social banners, in collaborative workflows. Ensure consistency and a unified look and feel across all deliverables, integrating systems thinking into each stage of production. Manage production timelines, balancing multiple projects without compromising quality or creativity. Troubleshoot design challenges and refine processes to optimize workflows. Stay informed on emerging design trends and technologies, ensuring deliverables remain current and competitive. Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in creative production, design, or a related role. Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience in digital and print production, including packaging, visual merchandising, and PDPs. Strong understanding of design systems and brand identity frame works. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Strong systems thinking to ensure design consistency and strategic alignment across deliverables. Experience working in collaborative online spaces (e.g., Teams, Figma) for concept development and asset creation. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams. Seniority level
