Financial Reporting Manager/Director
Remote to FL only
Compensation: $120 000 - $140 000 plus bonus

ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THE FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

Our client, a PE backed organization, who has grown tremendously, is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager . This role will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting efforts of the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER

• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations, tax rate calculations, and forecasts while providing actionable insight to management
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to develop data reporting strategies, and enhance reporting models
• The Technical Accounting Manager will lead the coordination of financial statement audits, budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Oversee the reporting processes
• Support external audits, tax preparation, and year-end activities

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Workday proficiency
• Self-starter mindset with the initiative to promote change when needed.

Preferred:

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Workday experience (+)
• Big 4 or large regional Audit background (+)
• Strong proficiency in US GAAP, internal controls
