This position will drive the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, helping to enhance brand awareness, improve engagement across various channels, and support business growth. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and make a significant impact in a well-established, innovative company. Responsibilities: · Responsible for the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print initiatives · Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials including brochures, videos, newsletters, and various publications. · Manage the company’s online presence including website updates, SEO improvements, analytics, reports, and social medias. · Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to generate informed marketing strategies · Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. · Responsible for organizing and promoting events, trade shows and webinars, including logistics, materials, accommodations and follow-up activities · Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development and customer service to ensure consistent messaging and branding. · Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and project timelines to ensure timely execution of projects. · Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating content and engaging with the prospective audience · To comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard under his/her responsibility and authority. · To contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system and its continuous improvement. · Perform other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field · 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role · Experience with WordPress and familiar with Google Analytics. · Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar. · Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Marketing and Art/Creative Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Staffing Network LLC by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance 401(k) Get notified about new Marketing Specialist jobs in Wood Dale, IL .
