Style Edit is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to coordinate and manage a variety of marketing tasks, including agency collaboration, digital ads management, marketing materials creation, and other promotional activities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining positive and productive relationships with external marketing agencies, including creative agencies, digital marketing firms, and media partners. Coordinate with agencies to ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables.
- Assist in the creation and updating of marketing materials, such as brochures, product catalogs, promotional banners, and other collateral materials. Ensure that all materials align with brand guidelines and are consistent in messaging.
- Manage social media channels, engage with the online community, and schedule content. Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure effective alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating and managing marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain the brand's online presence, including website updates and social media platforms.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or related roles
- Proven expertise in developing and executing effective marketing strategies across various channels, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and general marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
