Job Summary:
The Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting the Marketing team in relation to ongoing initiatives. By the end of the internship period, we expect the Marketing Intern to perform routine marketing functions and complete special projects, as requested by the Marketing team. The Marketing Intern will learn skills associated with digital marketing, retail marketing, eCommerce/omnichannel strategy, and customer engagement principles.
Responsibilities:Maintains Heinens Google Business Profiles via weekly postings and management of customer reviews.Manages online event promotions and seasonal store updates.Sources, edits, and formats Heinens online content.Maintains and updates key pages on Heinens website.Assists with landing page creation to support programs and campaigns.Edits and formats Heinens blog post content and digital image assets on heinens.com for promotion across various digital platforms.Ad hoc digital marketing work, as needed.Attends company functions and networking opportunities as made available.Qualifications:
Current student or recent graduateWorking toward bachelors degree in marketing or a related field of studyWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSkills in writing and editingEnergetic and eager to learn and contribute in a team environmentAble to prioritize, with a focus on time-management and ability to meet deadlinesStrong attention to detailPhotoshop and Wordpress knowledge is a plus.
