The Digital and Content Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating videos, graphics, and content for digital and print marketing campaigns that promote Easterseals Massachusetts. The Coordinator increases brand awareness with storytelling through various digital channels, including social media, email, and website, and works closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective digital strategies that align with the organization’s mission.Essential Functions

Create visually engaging assets for digital marketing campaign distribution, including social media, email, and website, that drive brand awareness and engagement.Strategize and create video content, including storyboarding, for social media, events, and presentations.Design social media and website graphics, flyers, brochures, and digital and print ads, along with other design requests.Modify template posts for various social media formatting parameters while also monitoring each platform’s trends and new features.Write engaging, relevant, and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our Easterseals Massachusetts brand values.Create and send recurring Constant Contact email campaigns, including designing email templates and tracking metrics; Manage assigned newsletters for multiple departments and programs.Assist with posting to social media accounts, including creating content calendars and writing captions. Identify appropriate times to post.Research and stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts for targeted social media engagement, social media fundraisers, and events promotion on social media.Assist with changes and edits on the organization's website with increasing responsibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with the organization’s mission and to help create engaging customization strategies for different departments and programs.Occasionally provide support to marketing at events or preparation for onsite marketing.Resolve routine administrative problems.Support other duties and/or tasks that align with organizational needs and goals.Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.Excellent oral and written communication and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.Experience in social media management, email marketing, and web content creation and an in-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.Proficiency with Adobe products for video creation, graphic design, and photo editing.Flexibility and organization for simultaneously managing various short-term marketing objectives and longer-term projects.Experience with content management systems for websites and basic HTML coding.Proven experience in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.Familiarity with social mission/advocacy campaigns, particularly related to disability communities, is preferred.Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools, including familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and search marketing techniques, is preferred.Easter Seals Massachusetts is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
