The Customer Experience (CX) team is currently looking for a mid-level User Experience Designer to join our team in Englewood, CO. This position will focus on supporting our Flight Planning product in Digital Aviation Solutions global business.
Who You Are: You are a mid-level UX designer able to understand business requirements and technical limitations. You have experience supporting and/or conducting user research, and translating them into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. As a UX designer you'll be on a design team working to create a highly usable and desirable product. You'll iterate on designs based on customer feedback and user-testing, and use all your design skills (interaction, visual, storytelling, etc.) to ensure a great user experience.
Position Responsibilities: Create and maintain wireframes and mockups Define interaction models Develop user task flows and communicate scenarios Develop prototypes to help communicate and define design interactions and user flows Conduct user research and interviews Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Experience designing web applications using Material Design language Successfully design within an Agile or Scaled Agile process Simplify complex interactions and navigation Document and communicate the user experience Skilled with UX design software (i.e. Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc) Minimum 3 years successfully designing the user experience for digital products
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Work closely with customers, product management, designers and usability experts to develop a compelling user experience Design to wide organization using strategic relationships, presentations and influence Collect development and design requirements for user interface research Work with UX team on planning usability evaluation along with testing across UI development stages Experience/familiarity using Telerik components Aviation experience
