Who we are hiring

BirdEye is looking for an enthusiastic and driven events coordinator to manage our tradeshow logistics. This position requires superior organization, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage resources and budgets effectively and creatively. The ideal candidate must be able to think strategically, but also possess the hands-on experience in planning and executing all sizes of events and shows.

RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure promotional aspects prior, during and post events are executed flawlessly.Work closely with sales team and other key stakeholders to align tradeshow and event objectivesBook tradeshows and manage ordering of all services, including furniture, electricity, etc in a timely manner to avoid rush chargesArrange travel for sales staff attending events in a timely manner to get lowest pricesWork closely with GM of Dental and Tradeshow division to determine best booth location to ensure optimum trafficWork with vendors of various shows to understand attendance and audience; determine whether show is worth attendingDetermine marketing collateral and pre-show marketing needs; work with design team on executionManage shipping of event materials to/from shows; with an eye on maximizing budgetProvide all event logistics and details to sales staff attending the show in a timely and efficient mannerSkills & RequirementsREQUIREMENTSImpeccable attention to detail as well as strong organizational and time management skillsExperience managing vendorsDemonstrated skill in decision-making and problem-solvingStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguityMinimum of 2+ years of experience in project managementExperience working closely with clients and technology companies on strategic effortsQualifications
