We are seeking someone who is proactive in their communication with the ability to develop strong relationships with the team in order to facilitate our ongoing success. Marketing Coordination:Review team’s KPI inputs and statuses, track team member’s capacity, and raise any short- or long-term prioritization concerns to the Director with weekly updatesWork closely with Marketing team members to ensure complete understanding of assignments, expectations, and due datesCreate and maintain ClickUp management system for tracking marketing projectsEnsure on-time delivery of marketing projects, meeting established deadlinesFacilitate contractor projects by attending all meetings and ensuring projects are on trackAs directed, pull reports rom Shopify, HubSpot, and other systems, providing summaries of findings to the DirectorCampaign Support:Partner with the Head of Lead Generation on campaign reporting, pulling and organizing reports to support efficiencyMonitor campaign performance, creating and updating campaign and project documentsAssist Head of Content with distributing marketing content across various platforms, ensuring consistent and timely deliveryTrade show Management:Own every aspect of planning and execution for major industry trade shows as well as our own live eventsTrack internal and external deadlines, proactively following up with team members and vendors on their assigned tasksAssist in building event budgets and own the ongoing monitoring of budgets, raising concerns or potential overages to the Director of Marketing before they occurAttend all events in-person to manage day-of logistics and support the team with organization and any ongoing changesManage the coordination and on-site logistics of marketing and promotional photoshootsAdministrative Support:Manage the Director’s schedule, ensuring efficient time managementMeeting facilitation including taking detailed notes and distributing minutes and action itemsUpdate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as neededInvoice and contract support, including confirming payment terms with the latest agreements, reviewing contract renewals, and coordinating hourly and commissioned team member’s paymentsRequirementsMinimum of 3 years experience in marketing with a focus in team and project coordinationProven track record managing individuals’ workloads and focus from task assignment to completionExperience planning and implementing trade shows and conferences, including international eventsProficiency in project management tools, preferably ClickUpExperience with Shopify, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Facebook BusinessStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including maintaining a high volume of content distribution to meet the set KPIExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze data and provide actionable insightsDetail-oriented with strong notetaking and documentation skillsExperience using various online tools such as GSuite, Slack, Notion, Zoom, Miro, etc.Live along the United States West Coast, available between 8:30am and 5:30pm Pacific TimePreferred Skills:
Knowledge of content distribution strategies across multiple platformsFamiliarity with updating and maintaining SOPsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):
On-time Project Delivery Rate : Ensuring marketing projects are completed on or before the deadlineOn Budget Event Execution:
