Social Media Coordinator Summary

The Social Media Coordinator advances ACC's mission and vision by utilizing their demonstrated experience managing multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube). The Social Media Coordinator will work to create engaging content (original text, images and videos) that builds meaningful connections with followers and analyze data and metrics to gain insight on effective strategies, results and demographics.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communications or related field2+ years' professional experience in social media and digital marketingExceptional writing and editing skills, attention to detailPhotography, videography and photo/video editing skillsHigh proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, as well as content management systems and social analytics toolsExperience in the development, execution and analysis of social media campaignsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively on a fast-paced teamStrong time-management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesDuties

Makes recommendations for social media content that align with the ACC's mission and visionManages all social media content, which includes developing content for social media posts and removing/reporting inappropriate content on ACC profilesCreates, schedules and publishes high-quality, consistent and engaging social media content that aligns with the organization's missionGives input and contributes to strategies to optimize and increase the ACC visibility onlineConducts regular platform analysis to monitor changing trends and updates ACC strategies accordinglyMonitors feeds and comments of all platformsResponds to inquiries in a timely fashionAssist with the management of the organization's website. Work with interdepartmental staff to accomplish timely updates and changes as neededIdentifies new opportunities for engagement, including emerging platforms and participation in viral campaignsPerform appropriate duties as assigned by managementPerks & Benefits:
