Greets and directs visitors, answers a multiline phone system, and does various secretarial tasks.

Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalentGood communication skillsBasic computer skillsTB Test and police clearance requiredJOB DUTIES:
Answer and/or transfer all incoming callsProvide general information and directions to callers and guestsGreet all visitors in courteous and professional mannerPage staff members and make general announcementsEnsures messages are distributed to the appropriate persons in a timely mannerTake control of the front lobby area by ensuring there is no unauthorized gathering or excessive noiseReceive mail delivery from the postal carrier and ensure its delivery to the Executive Administration Department
