LPA is seeking a passionate

Entry-Level Interior Designer

to join our integrated team of Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, and Master Planners. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across California and Texas. Our clients include public and private entities, and represent nine different market segments, so your career can take many different trajectories.

What you will do:

Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPAAssist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignmentsPrepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documentsAssist in research for product and construction methods related to projectsReview and process construction administration documentsAttend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordinationWhat we will do:

Provide mentorship from Managing Directors and Design Directors as well as other in-house disciplines on all projectsProvide career growth opportunities including licensure materials and financial incentives, professional development grants and our professional development processEducation opportunities including LPA+U, LPA Tech Talks and Lunch and LearnsEntry-Level Interior Designer Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture0-2 years of experience in all phases of Interior Design projectsEnthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsCommitted to building a long-term professional careerEntry-Level Interior Designer Preferred Requirements:

Experience with Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite

The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $78,000 and is eligible for annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
