UX Product Manager

Preferably San Francisco, but anywhere in PST time zone is okPosition Summary:We are looking for a UX Product Manager to manage our team of amazing Product Designers and Researchers, and raise the bar with smart, delightful UX solutions that lock in on user needs and tightly align with company priorities. As a qualified candidate, you are a proven people manager with an incredible eye for detail, ability to think big, break new ground, and innovate. You have experience building prototypes that demonstrate the finer details in transitions, animations, and complex interactions. You are comfortable iterating your design based on user feedback and product analytics. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance the user experience. You are an analytical and creative designer who can grasp user needs and solve problems in this role. A strong history of representing the customer's voice internally to the company through successful UX changes, eliminating confusion or driving an increase in product usage. You are comfortable working closely with passionate designers, product managers, and engineers that care deeply about creating beautiful, high-impact experiences.
What you'll be doing:Translate concepts into user flow, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, presenting them to our top customers for user research and validationFacilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.Guide the team of designers to find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, find-ability).Design and hire a world-class team of designersEstablish design guidelines and strategyKeep abreast of competitor products and industry trendsCreate personas through user research and dataQuickly identify design problems, pain points and friction in our current UX and design elegant solutions.Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.Requirements:5+ yrs Product Design experience2+ yrs of Management experienceStrong portfolio of design projects (projects with interactive design or complex business product is a plus)Expertise in UX principles and UX software such as Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, FramerAbility to understand detailed business requirements and create a detailed design and user experienceNice to Haves'sExperience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skillsExperience working on design or UX for software or SaaS-based businessExperience leading a team or mentoring designers in remote settings
