Job brief:

We are looking for a creative

Art Director

who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes brands vibe and become inspired by their visual identity and culture. You will cooperate with a design-savvy team to devise an overall concept.The Art Director conceptualizes and executes innovative, well designed studio deliverables in close collaboration with the Chief Creative Officer, Project Managers Managers, and Digital Brand Director. Participates in campaign strategy and kickoff sessions. Develops a wide range of marketing materials, including email template ad designs, brochures, website graphics, landing pages, tablet apps, trade show graphics and others. The Art Director takes ownership to ensure all marketing collateral meets branding guidelines and timelines, and provides direction to external resources when needed. He/She also mentors other creative team members and works closely with the Digital Marketing team on execution of digital projects.

The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.Art Director responsibilities include:

Generating clear ideas and conceptsProduce sketches, storyboards, art layouts, roughs to visualize ideasUnderstanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audiencesCooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of mediaExecute Campaigns at a high level of visual prowessTake work from concept to final execution within deadlinesManage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directionsPresent completed ideas to clients/team membersStay on top of all trends and maintain best practicesRequirementsProven working experience as Art Director at least 5 years experienceHands on experience with logo design, typography, color theory, web design, print production, image selection and package design, user interface design, and brand design.Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing toolsDemonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolioIncorporate feedback and take/give direction wellTeam player with strong communication and presentation skillsRelevant education or trainingMust submit portfolio of work and description of what part of the work you contributed toBenefitsFull TimeBenefits
