MHHC is a small, family run organization. The perceptive employee would need to have experience with that or have experience wearing multiple hats. In addition, perceptive employee should be able to work autonomously, be a self-starter, and have initiative and lots of follow through.
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenuePerform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunitiesCreate and improve proposals for our existing and new clientsPrepare the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we're on track to hit revenue targetsProvide training and mentoring to members of the business development teamDevelop and deliver pitches for potential investorsNetwork with investors and and other business partners to generate new leadsTravel to destinations to best facilitate transactions or trainingRequirements
Basic Qualifications
Qualifications include :
2+ years' experience working in a development rolePrevious role in a leadership positionRobust interpersonal skillsAbility to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets and attend conventionsExperience: Pervious experience working with older adults or in an adult day care environment preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and presentationSelf-motivated, creative, flexible and results drivenAbility to be a productive team member/player
