IPS is recruiting for a
Product Designer
for a Series A startup that has raised $44.5M since its inception in 2022. They are building a next-generation platform to completely transform and simplify the procurement space.
There are not many systems of record in Enterprise for procurement like theirs. Our client plans to become one in the same way Salesforce is for customers or Workday is for employees. They are focused on all things supplier, building a next-gen, modern, mobile, and API first, AI platform. Imagine joining Salesforce at Series A?
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI and best practices. They will be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role is significantly hands-on. The product designer will be responsible for designing a variety of core greenfield products, as well as steering the direction of the design.
They will work closely with the Head of Design and Product Lead to deliver high-quality, user-facing products. They will effectively communicate the product vision to customers at its launch.
This role is for result-driven individuals looking to make a direct impact at a company and on their product. You will have a high level of responsibility from day one and have the opportunity to become a visible figure at the company.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the UI design of the product.Evolve key components already built.Build and maintain an interpretive design system.Deliver the company's largest design initiatives.Develop and maintain mobile and web applications.Take from architecture, to design, to implementation.Communicate effectively with the founders and customers.Core Benefits/Offerings:
