About The Team

Workday’s product marketing team is responsible for deeply understanding and articulating what is different, better, and remarkable about Workday’s offerings. Our team connects the dots across our go-to-market partners and our products and technology partners.

About The Role

We need a results-driven product marketer to join the Workday Experience product marketing team to amplify Workday Experience across user and application experiences. We are looking for someone to bridge the strategy and execution of programs that will position, evangelize, and educate the broader market about the power of Workday’s UI/UX.

Responsibilities

Workday Experience Product Marketing strategy - partner with cross-functional teams to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Workday Experience products that may include the mobile app, Workday Everywhere (Workday’s Teams and Slack integrations), SMS messaging and other engagement-layer products.Content Creation - Build a compelling content strategy to evangelize the Workday Experience story.Sales Enablement - Empower sales and customer teams by providing training, tools, and resources to communicate the value of Workday Experience.Customer Engagement - build essential partnerships with existing customers and leverage feedback to support product innovation.Market-to-product connection - Use market-driven insights to influence product strategies to ensure Workday maintains a competitive edge.

About You

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product marketing or product managementExperience working cross-functionally with product, design, product, research, and customer success teamsBS / BA, MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience

Other Qualifications

You are knowledgeable and have an ongoing curiosity when it comes to new and emerging technologyComfortable working between highly technical and non-technical teamsExperience with B2B and/or SaaSStrong attention to detail with proofreading, copy editing, and design assetsA great communicator, presenter, and collaborator with the ability to align stakeholders

Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.CA.Pleasanton

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $114,100 - $171,100

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $101,400 - $171,100
