Location is Raleigh, NC (preferred) or Foster City, CA Key Areas of Focus: Knowledge Management - Obtain process details, create scripting, SOPs & DTPs, make updates based on org changes, obtain feedback on article quality and make changes as necessary.Technical Writing/Communication - Obtain process change info, interpret level/scope of changes necessary, simplify based on audience.Process Governance & Mapping, HR Expert & Focal Point - Obtain process change info, interpret level/scope of changes necessary, provide governance input to ensure compliance to established guidelines.Audit and Maintain Knowledge Document Relevancy - Create and execute secure audit process to ensure all knowledge management documents are consistently up to date and accurate.Create and Maintain HR Employee Service Center- Assess employee needs and design website strategy to address needs and improve adoption of HR self-service tools. Maintain website documentation and relevancy.Essential Duties & Job Functions: Proactively collaborates with COE, HR Business Partners, People Technology, People Communications and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure content delivery excellencePlans and executes the curation and transformation of global and country specific knowledge contentEnsures the translation of content in alignment with the companys language strategyDefines and manages knowledge content governance including content creation, review, publication, and retirementEnsures content meets the style and quality guidelines; ensure search capability is optimizedKeeps up to date with new and changing Human Resources policies and processes and leads the update and optimization of content changesManages tier 0 service level agreements and other metrics while providing outstanding employee and manager experienceLeads content and knowledge continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellenceProject management experience a plusBasic Qualifications: High School Degree and Eleven Years Experience OR Associate's Degree and Nine Years Experience OR Bachelor's Degree and Seven Years Experience OR Master's Degree and Five Years Experience5+ years of experience in content curation, authoring and management of contentKnowledge of Human Resources practices and experienced translating HR concepts into knowledge articlesExperienced working in a global multi-language environment, proven ability to interpret multiple concepts into globally and regional applicable informationExperienced working with HR digital content management within ServiceNow preferredAdvanced communications and writing skills with the ability to translate complex information into employee centric contentProficient with content management technologyPreferred Qualifications: Global mindset with cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, ability to interpret multiple concepts into globally and regional applicable informationExcellence organizational and planning skillsCustomer focused with the ability to effectively built trust and confidenceAbility to build strong, collaborative relationship with stakeholdersAble to effectively balance the needs of multiple stakeholdersGilead Core Values:Integrity (Doing Whats Right)Inclusion (Encouraging Diversity)Teamwork (Working Together)Excellence (Being Your Best)Accountability (Taking Personal Responsibility)The salary range for this position is: $109,480.00 - $141,680.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
