The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing marketing activities for our clients, from market research and planning to implementing campaigns and measuring results. While most of the work will be remote, there will be the need for regular in-person meetings as well.QualificationsMust live near Muskegon, MIMarket Planning and Marketing Management skillsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAnalyze data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvementsDevelop marketing strategies and plans to meet client objectivesCreate, manage, and implement multi-channel marketing campaignsAbility to work with cross-function teams and stakeholdersAbility to plan and manage media buying for advertising in print, digital, and outdoor mediaGoogle Docs proficiencySocial Media management skillsBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related fieldExperience in the B2B and B2C markets is a plusExperience working in a marketing agency a plusExperience in Market Research is a plusAdobe Creative Suite software proficiency is a plusCompensationSalary and other compensation is negotiable based on experienceFull benefits including health insurance, paid vacation, and paid holidays.This is not a sales position, but we will pay commission on any sales generated by your relationships or activities
