The Marketing and Advertising Support Coordinator supports the marketing team in the day-to-day functions. They must communicate effectively with the marketing, merchandising, and vendor partners in order to drive campaign development and collaboration for promotional campaign success. The Marketing and Advertising Support Coordinator will assist in coordinating various marketing activities, from planning and research for vendor partner campaign development, to campaign design, implementation, and analysis, while ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives are followed. This position requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and marketing knowledge to contribute to the overall success of the marketing initiatives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities, Include but are not limited to:Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.Assist in developing, coordinating, designing, and executing marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels including but not limited to digital media, social media, email, and ecommerce.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns that deliver on the marketing strategy through vendor partnership initiatives.Assist in communication/sales of marketing campaigns to deliver and promote vendor partnerships broadly across the business.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviors and preferences, and competitive insights to complement marketing strategies.Support cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across multiple tactics by leveraging brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.Work closely with Marketing team to develop brand assets for internal partners to ensure the brand is represented accurately.Manage timelines, resources, and systems for marketing projects to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.Assist in managing and updating marketing budgets, tracking expenses, reviewing print quotes, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed within the allocated budget.Collaborate with finance and marketing team to reconcile expenses and forecast future expenditures.Develop, update, and distribute marketing artifacts to keep stakeholders updated on the latest marketing initiatives in support of overall company goals.All other duties as assigned by supervisor or company official.Merchandising and Advertising Support Coordinator Requirements:The Marketing and Advertising Support Coordinator will have an Associate’s Degree in business or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. They must have good oral/written communication skills to effectively interact with team members. They will pay strong attention to detail and have the ability to quickly retrieve, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data. Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (including being proficient in Excel), along with Adobe Suite design experience, are required. The Marketing and Advertising Support Coordinator must have the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities at the same time. Additionally, a successful Marketing and Advertising Support Coordinator must have a strong work ethic and be a team player requiring limited supervision.
