We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team. The right person for this role will be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn about promotional products! Prior experience in product management or merchandising is a plus but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with management to help shape product categoriesAnalyze data to develop insights-based analysis/projects with recommendations focused on strategies and objectivesParticipate in various review process working with other cross-functional teams to provide complete solutionsProvide consistent reporting that measures performance against strategies and objectivesEnter data accurately and efficientlyQUALIFICATIONS:
Strong attention to detail and organizationAdvanced skills in excel, computer and internet research skillsExperience with a CRM is a plusAnalytical and communication skillAbility to recommend and develop creative solutionsWillingness to work within constantly changing priorities.Must be flexible, self-motivated and goal drivenAbility to work on complex projects with minimal guidanceSALARY/BENEFITS
