About the role

Flex is seeking a dynamic and strategic Channel Marketing Manager to join our growing partnerships team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our integration partners to develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs that drive growth, increase market share, and amplify Flex's value to our customers. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills to deliver compelling marketing collateral and campaigns.

In this role, you will serve as a partner advocate and evangelist, ensuring they derive maximum value from their partnership with Flex. The core scope of the role is split between working directly with our most important partners and program management for various partner marketing projects.What you'll do

Work with Flex's strategic partnerships team to build and manage joint marketing plans with channel partners, ensuring they are fully aware of the scope of Flex's marketing resources and support.Define quarterly joint marketing strategies, objectives, and measures of success with a portfolio of our top integration platform partners.Build and maintain results-driven relationships with key partners, driving demand and adoption of Flex product(s) through these partners.Develop and iterate self-service marketing resources for partners and drive adoption.Execute co-marketing plans and activities (i.e: co-branded sales collateral, events, etc.) with partners to drive scaled acquisition of new users and product upsell, and create sales pipeline with and through partners.Track and measure performance of co-marketing activities and share learnings with the rest of the team to identify the most impactful levers to drive customer acquisition and activation through platform partners.Serve as the primary marketing contact for Flex's partnership leadership team.Who you are5-7+ years experience in B2B partner marketing, customer marketing, or a related field, and direct experience supporting an enterprise sales team.A proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs and campaigns, and driving growth through partnerships.Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.The ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. You are a self-starting and self-motivated contributor.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities and deadlines.Strong sense of urgency, bias for action, and meticulous attention to detail.Experience in fintech or proptech preferred.This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing, GTM. This is a hybrid role based in New York City.

The national pay range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
