Looking for 1-2 years of pervious customer service/marketing experience.Some of the essential functions of the job include:* Receive and document incoming order requests via phone and email and complete data entry on CTMS and Heads Up system accurately.* Engage customers with exceptional product and service knowledge.* Prepare tissue for distribution. Review orders for accuracy and completeness.* Act as a liaison between customers and distribution.* Must be able to direct customer inquiries regarding contracts or inventory to the proper departments.* Responsible for consignment and branch inventory control.* Responsible for handling and documenting graft returns and transfers accurately.* Able to represent CTS at professional meetings and assist Sales Representatives and Independent Contractors when needed.* Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory standards and ability to convey to clients.* Fulfill departmental strategies and objectives.* Perform administrative duties to include maintenance of files and manuals, implementation of standard operating procedures, tracking Employee Document Review forms and ensuring timely completion, stock rotation and data entry.* Meet KPIs set by management.* Participate in individual and team projects.* Responsible for on call/after hour emergencies pertaining to branch and local customers ordering.* Performs other duties as assigned.We offer a highly competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and supplemental insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution and match, and generous paid time off (PTO) up to 4 weeks in your first year!We are amazed and grateful for the dedication and generosity of our donors and are stewards of their precious gifts.
