GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As a SharePoint Administrator, the candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's SharePoint environment, to include designing and building custom SharePoint web applications supporting 39 IOS operations.
As Multimedia support, the candidate will be required to be proficient in design/development tools and techniques to create engaging content to meet 39 IOS promotional, instructor led, and e-learning training needs to include, but not limited to, graphic illustration, animation, photography/manipulation, videography/editing, e-Learning storyboarding and development.
DUTIES
SharePoint Administration:
Design and build custom SharePoint web applications supporting 39 IOS operations.
Manage SharePoint end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Automate Functions and Processes using various scripting and programming languages including, Power Automate, PowerApps, and JavaScript.
Regularly review and monitor usage reports.
Other duties as assigned
Multimedia Design/Development:
Create and edit multimedia assets to include graphic/illustration design, animations, photography/photo-manipulation, videography, and audio.
Perform photography support including official photos, DV visits, class graduations, promotions, morale events, and historical documentation.
Perform videography recording and editing support including classroom lectures/demonstrations, and morale events.
Capture and edit video content.
Collaborate and assist instructors with design and develop of classroom training presentations.
Evaluate and recommend new multimedia technologies and software.
Develop storyboards along with the media content in support of e-Learning courses.
Other Duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must have a TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field desired
Experience as a SharePoint Administrator. Proficiency in multimedia software/plaftorms
Required Certifications:
Security+
Software Proficiencies:
SharePoint (PowerApps, Power Automate)
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, Audition)
PowerPoint
Desired Software Proficiencies:
Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Publisher, and Moodle
Desired Web Platform Support Proficiencies:
JIRA, Confluence, Moodle LMS
Creative thinking and ability to create graphic concepts which convey a certain message.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Experience as a photographer and video editor.
Experience in designing print materials such as posters, brochures, and catalogues.
