The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.***Your Responsibilities**As a ***Project Manager- Visualization & Dealer Communication*** for John Deere in Moline, IL, you will develop uniquely visual strategic messaging on behalf of the Sales and Marketing Leadership. In addition, you will:* Focus visualization and communication responsibilities on John Deere dealers, customers and internal stakeholders, supporting tactical and strategic projects within the Sales and Marketing organization* Develop communication and visualization for activities such as Board of Director meetings, the Dealer Executive Summit and various other dealer and customer engagements**Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.****What Skills You Need*** 1 or more years of Communications experience* 1 or more years of Graphic Design experience* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word**What Makes You Stand Out*** Ability to be engaging, inspiring and a strong communicator* Excellent listening skills* High level of personal integrity and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters* Agility as projects change and evolve**Education**Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:* Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Design or Business**What You'll Get**At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go.
