The role requires management of multiple simultaneous advertising campaigns supporting several business units. The newly created role will be an opportunity for the right candidate to help shape the marketing capability at Ready Capital, while contributing to the companys continuing growth. Seeking an entrepreneurial, self-starter with a talent for negotiations and a drive for learning.**Duties and responsibilities:*** Collaborate in the development of effective media buying opportunities, with a special focus on event sponsorship* Support Executive Director of Marketing in budget management* Negotiate pricing with event sponsors, publishers and other media vendors* Collaborate with internal partners in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns* Maintain and publish a calendar of media plans, including sponsored events* Evaluate media purchasing opportunities and recommend action to senior leaders* Coordinate sponsored media activity with media relations/public relations activity* Manage relationships with vendors and service providers including events planners, graphic designers and video producers**Qualifications:*** A minimum of 3 years experience in media buying* Experience with B2B marketing, financial services preferred* Familiarity with technology tools for project management and enterprise communications* Some domestic travel required (3-5 times per year)**Ready Capital (NYSE: RC) is a multi-strategy real estate finance company that originates, acquires, finances and services small- to medium-sized balance commercial loans.
