Job Details

This person will be responsible for purchasing commercial airtime and print space along with collaborating to establish efficient and effective processes and procedures across the Agency and stewarding the spirit and culture of the organization with a focus on Brand Conviction. They will be the lead point of contact with vendor partners handling negotiations, contract executions, campaign launches, in-flight maintenance, post reporting, and billing reconciliation

Responsibilities:

Manage television, radio, print, and sponsorship avails from station representatives.Generate rating estimates via application of appropriate buy specs and data sources.Negotiate and secure Local and National television, radio, and print media.Estimate, update, and adjust all broadcast ratings.Monitor buys in progress. Responsible for makegood evaluation, post-buy reporting and under-delivery.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalNegotiates lowest rates in the market & track rate history to ensure most efficient buy possible

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required.2-3 years of Media Buying experience required.Strong analytical skillsKnowledge of media channels, suppliers/capabilities and associated cost models used across various channels.Familiarity and experience with major traditional and digital activation data and technology (e.g., Nielsen, ComScore, Media Ocean/Prisma).
