Patton Creative Group is looking to add a Marketing Assistant to our team! We are a dynamic marketing and technology agency dedicated to delivering innovative marketing solutions for our diverse clientele. The Marketing Assistant will provide essential support to our cross-functional marketing team, ensuring smooth operations and successful execution of various projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Requirements

Assist events team in coordinating event logistics and schedulesSupport event setup, execution and teardownEstablish and maintain relationships with external vendors, including vendor sourcing, contract management, and payment fulfillmentHelp with internal events for miscellaneous employee-related activitiesBook travel arrangements for internal and external associates and distribute itineraries in a timely mannerOversee inventory and organization of marketing materials and supplies, as well as ensure timely ordering and restocking when necessaryMiscellaneous tasks as assigned by the marketing teamQualifications

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant experienceProficiency in Google Suite and various project management toolsCore Competencies

Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interact professionally with a variety of individuals and stakeholdersDetail oriented with a proactive approach to problem solvingStrong time management skills

Additional InformationThis position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included. PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met. Employee benefits available.
