24 Seven is teaming up with a well-known company based in Portland, OR to help them find a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team in this hybrid role. This is a 40/hr week, 12 month contract with potential to extend. While on contract, you'd qualify for benefits and more.The Ideal Candidate:
will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field as well as 5+ years of industry experience.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement impactful marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.Inspire and lead a collaborative marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship.Oversee multi-channel campaigns, optimizing digital, social, events, and traditional channels.Build email marketing campaigns.Safeguard and enhance our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research, and identify growth opportunities.Effectively manage the marketing budget, tracking and reporting on key metrics.Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and customer service teams.Build strong relationships with external agencies, contractors, and vendors.Qualifications:
5+ years in marketing, with proven leadership and strategic thinking skills, ideally with brands in the lifestyle, sports, or home goods industries.Strong analytical ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in digital marketing platforms and analytics.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
