We are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our Joyce University team on our Draper, UT campus. The Senior Marketing Manager at Joyce University shapes and drives integrated marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional channels that power the university's growth and brand presence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role develops data-driven, creative strategies that amplify Joyce's story and delivers measurable impact. WHAT YOU DO EVERYDAY:
- Responsible for managing all paid digital media campaigns, including social media, SEM, etc.
- Oversee lead generation efforts ensuring the achievement of inquiry and enrollment goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Oversee community management, ensuring platforms are monitored, inquiries are responded to, and a positive and interactive online presence is fostered.
- Monitor dashboards and analyze traffic and conversion trends, providing regular reports on weekly, monthly, and yearly performance.
- Supervise multiple marketing roles (i.e. Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager, Events Manager, etc.) and their associated job functions.
- Understanding goals and audience, oversee campaign creation from strategy to execution.
- Help define and set overall marketing strategy, ensuring a cohesive voice, look and feel across all marketing efforts.
- Manage paid digital marketing budgets, including social media, SEM, etc.
- Monitor market trends, best practices, competitors, and the digital marketing landscape with special focus on managed platforms and communicate insights to the team and cross-functional groups as appropriate.
- Regularly report insights gained from paid digital marketing monitoring to internal stakeholders.
- Use creative thinking and initiative to analyze media performance metrics and make recommendations on strategy to improve effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with Senior Interactive Marketing Manager to ensure website content UX, and overall functionality supports Marketing and University objectives.
- Work with graphic designer and copywriter to create a wide variety of marketing materials and collateral including print, digital, and video assets consistent with brand guideline.
- Manage Marketing Help Desk system to ensure fulfillment of marketing requests from across the organization.
- Provide support with other team members during various university events such as graduation and orientations.
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Required education: Bachelors degree (preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or IT)
Preferred education: Master's degree
Preferred experience: 4-5 years in similar role
