What
You'll Do:
Engage in production issues resolution through researching, identifying fixes, supporting technical experts and deployment, and providing and updating documentationSupport the implementation of technology enhancements, including project management, requirements gathering, desk-side coaching, knowledge transfer (informal training) and documentationCoordinate bug fixes and the enhancement deployment process between business users, IT teams and technology partners.Works with internal and external stakeholders to validate existing taxonomy, metadata and security requirements for new digital assets and user roles and ensures users are following established taxonomy and metadata standardsEnsures technology licenses and user permissions are within budget and follow guidelinesWhat You'll Need:
A 4-year College Degree is required. Marketing, Business, or Computer Science is a plusPrior experience in a professional environment requiredProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
